Employees are not allowed to directly contact or engage with any clients outside of official company communication channels without prior approval from the management. Any attempt to bypass company protocols for personal or external business interests will result in disciplinary action.
3️⃣ Intellectual Property Rights
All work produced by employees during their tenure at Softhult, including AI solutions, mobile applications, software, designs, and marketing strategies, remains the intellectual property of Softhult unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4️⃣ Ethical Work Conduct
Employees must maintain professional and ethical behavior at all times, both internally and when representing the company externally. Any form of misconduct, including fraud, harassment, or conflict of interest, will lead to immediate action.

Employees are restricted from engaging in direct competition with Softhult or soliciting clients, partners, or team members for personal or third-party ventures during and after employment, as per the agreed terms of their contract.
